YOGA
Yoga - Hatha Style- Yoga of balance, physical yoga postures designed to align and calm your body, mind, and spirit .
Classes available on TUESDAYS and THURSDAYS @ 8:30-9:30 am, taught by Patrick , donation based.

STRENGHT TRAINING
Also called resistance training, it involves using your own bodyweight or tools, like dumbbells or resistance bands to build strength, tone muscle, shed fat, & burn calories all in one workout.
Classes may be done all together in a group or as a circuit. Examples of equipment used: dumbbells, medicine balls, stability balls, resistance bands, body weight, etc.
Classes available on MONDAYS @ 5:30PM, taught by Coach Liz - $10 DROP IN -
PILATES/BARRE
Led by our expert instructor, each Pilates session combines graceful movements and controlled breathing, promoting core strength, flexibility, and mind-body harmony.
Classes available on THURSDAYS @ 6:00PM, taught by Coach Amy, $10 DROP IN
