Our Classes

  • Strength & Sculpting

    Also called resistance training, it involves using your own bodyweight or tools, like dumbbells or resistance bands to build strength, tone muscle, shed fat, & burn calories all in one workout.

    Classes may be done all together in a group or as a circuit. Examples of equipment used: dumbbells, medicine balls, stability balls, resistance bands, body weight, etc.

  • PILATES

    Led by our expert instructor, each Pilates session combines graceful movements and controlled breathing, promoting core strength, flexibility, and mind-body harmony.
