As a dedicated personal trainer for over 25 years, it has been the most rewarding and exciting job to me!  My distinctive resume includes; Lifetime Fitness, Anytime Fitness and Pure Fitness Gym For Women in Houston Texas.  I was voted one of the best trainers to retain clients.  Although fitness is my passion, the people I cater to are the ones who motivate me the most by trusting me to be part of their life changing experience.  As such, I have trained people from varying ages and genders and know that applying general training programs equally causes burnout, injury, and is the least effective.  Nevertheless, most clients seek personal training with the outset that it will either be great or that they will not achieve any of their goals, which will be a waste of money and time.  Having worked at gyms that are big, small, very expensive, and, now my own, I personally hold myself accountable to someone’s reasonable expectations and hopes.    

If you seek to gain muscle, lose weight, tone-up, or just get healthier, I am your gal!   As your trainer, I will ensure that you use the proper form in every exercise, create an environment that is fun and safe, and apply a training regimen that specifically satisfies your personal requirements. 

My tailored programs are geared to assist both your mind and body, i.e. not only will you feel good, you will look great!  As a promise to you, I will hold a no obligation, free consultation to put your mind at ease and ensure that you will get the most out of your money and time.  No matter your goals, big or small, if you can see yourself doing it, it can be done.

Hello, my name is Seth. For the past couple of years, I have been very much dedicated to fitness. I recently earned my place as a Personal Fitness Trainer, as well as, a Certified Nutritionist. Nevertheless, I must admit that the beginning of my fitness journey was very difficult. To start, I was unhappy with myself and being as young as I was to the fitness industry, I had neither a lead to follow nor the right tools. However, finding the right gym and trainer guided me to my goals. I had not only found someone with the knowledge to help me strive; additionally, I had found someone to hold me accountable and stand with me no matter the day or the distractions. I realized the importance of accountability and compassion coincided with noticing feeling the best I ever had. This became my passion!   

Personally, I have devoted my time accordingly to strength and size along with muscular endurance and stamina. I am able to maximize the outcome of either goal according to your aspirations. I enjoy working hands-on and thoroughly demonstrating correct physical procedures to avoid client frustration and/or injury.  I also enjoy building friendships and learning your constant battles and experiences at reaching your health goals because I truly believe that we can learn together. Although I am equipped to guide you, I will never claim to be the better half. We WILL reach your goals TOGETHER provided you follow a detailed fitness program I will individually build for you.

Hi there! Jody here, and I'm ecstatic to be a member of the REV180 Fitness Team. As a former elite judo player and coach, I have previously participated in both national and international competitions. I'm confident that by using lessons from my own experiences, I can assist you in reaching your fitness objectives.

As a strength and conditioning coach and certified personal trainer, I'm dedicated to assisting people in enhancing their mental and physical health.

I design useful, targeted programs that encourage leading a healthy lifestyle. I firmly think that physical activity ought to be a part of everyday life, and I want to motivate other people to pursue their own fitness goals to new heights.
