YOGA
Yoga - Hatha Style- Yoga of balance, physical yoga postures designed to align and calm your body, mind, and spirit .
Classes available on TUESDAYS and THURSDAYS @ 8:30-9:30 am, Instructor Patrick , donation based.

ZUMBA STEP
Zumba is a fitness program that involves cardio and Latin-inspired dance. is an effective way to lose weight without even realizing it. Burn calories can be fun and high energy.
Classes available on TUESDAYS @ 6pm, with our Instructor Karen, donation based. -
STRENGHT TRAINING
Also called resistance training, it involves using your own bodyweight or tools, like dumbbells or resistance bands to build strength, tone muscle, shed fat, & burn calories all in one workout.
Classes may be done all together in a group or as a circuit. Examples of equipment used: dumbbells, medicine balls, stability balls, resistance bands, body weight, etc.
Classes available on MONDAYS @ 5:30PM, taught by Liz Carnley- $10 DROP IN -
WOMEN'S BOXING
This is not a cardio boxing class, but for learning actual boxing technique, the 6 most common punches, learning combinations, working the heavy bag and mitts, and core/strength training mixed in (all boxing related exercises. Class is taught circuit style.
The cost is $60/month ($15 class) payable on 1st of the month to hold your spot. Classes available on on WEDNESDAYS @ 5:30PM

CO-ED TEEN BOXING Ages 13-16
No contract or commitment, it will run month to month as long as we have enough interest. This is not kickboxing or cardio boxing. etc. Your teen will learn proper boxing skills & stance, the 6 most commonly used punches, how to throw combinations and do mitt work.
There will be core work and other boxing related exercises each class. Class is held circuit style, and will be limited to 8 students
Starting in May 2023, classes will be held WEDNESDAYS @ 4:30pm TO 5:15pm Price for the month is $75.

A cardio kickboxing dance class that tones muscle and torches fat. Punch through to the next level of your personal fitness journey while jamming to party tunes —and have a blast doing it!
